March 21 luncheon
The next meeting of the Spartanburg Estate Planning Council will be on Wednesday, March 21. We will meet in the Crescent Room of the Piedmont Club at 12:30.
Our guest speakers will be George Stroble and Anna Mason with Monarch Private Capital. George co-founded Monarch in 2004 and is the Managing Director of Tax Credit Investments and Anna serves as the Director for Tax Credit Investments. They will be discussing the structure and process of the one-year SC tax credits, and will present the net benefit to investors, factoring in the new limitation on state and property tax deductions, which makes the state tax credit much more valuable to investors.
